Stephanie Skinner -
Stephanie is a lifelong media professional and a serial entrepreneur. In 2006 she and her husband Roland found the perfect property in Otis for a weekend and Summer home. In 2019 they decided to make Otis their permanent home.

Geoffrey Pigman -
Geoffery is a historian by profession and passionate about historic preservation. His great-grandfather, a local carriage whip manufacturer, built one of the first cottages on Otis Reservoir. Geoff is a descendant of the Reverend Ethan Allen, second rector of the Otis St. Paul’s Church, and he led the executive committee of St. Paul’s Protestant congregation until its closing.

Lynn Pyenson -
Lynn owns the Farmington River Diner and Otis Poultry Farm along with her husband, Andy, a former selectman. Lynn is an officer of Kiwanis and a long-term member of the Otis Historical Society. Lynn and Andy are always ready to support efforts to make people "Notice Otis".

Celeste Watman -
Celeste is a retired director of Levittown Public Library in NY is a full time resident of Otis. She is a board member of the Otis Historical Commission, and the Otis Preservation Trust. Furthermore, she is on the board of the Otis Library & Museum, and a regular contributing writer on the Otis Observer staff.

Hilary Harley -
Hilary Harley is an author, teacher, life coach, and veteran volunteer. She has held leadership positions in educational, community and women’s service organizations. Additionally, Hilary brings her professional experience with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation.

Honorary Chairman


Charles Rosenblum -
Charles, Honorary Chairman of Otis Preservation Trust, has enjoyed the wonders of Otis for almost 40 years. The natural beauty surrounding his home “has been the source of some of my greatest pleasures,” and one of the reasons he is such an avid supporter of all things Otis. Charles was a long-time member of the Otis Historical Commission and is the donor of the “General Knox and His Cannon” statue, commissioned for the Otis bicentennial.

Lauretta Harris -
Lauretta, has been a resident of Otis since 1983. As a marketing professional, she enjoys using her skills to benefit local cultural organizations. After serving on the Otis Historical Commission, she joined OPT to assist in fundraising efforts. She is also a Trustee of the Berkshire Botanical Garden, President of their Volunteer Association, and Past President of the Hudson Valley Direct Marketing Association.


Previous Board Members


Diane Provenz -
Diane is a co-chair of the OTIS Historical Commission and a founding board member of OPT. She has been an Otis resident for 17 years and Treasurer of the Otis Cultural Council and the Otis Observer. She and her husband, Arthur, owned a large Real Estate Company in New York and still maintain a residence there.

Ellen Beck -
Ellen is a newcomer to Otis. She and her husband David fell in love with their mountaintop home. OPT was ecstatic to learn that Ellen has decades of professional fund-raising experience. She also serves as Executive Director of Development for Berkshire Theater Group.
